I have not received the receipt. What should I do?

You might first want to check your spam or junk folder – it happens sometimes, that emails get caught by the filter. It is the same with Cleeng emails.  If you found our receipt in your spam folder, please make sure to add us to your address book. 


Otherwise, submit a request to us or write directly to the broadcaster – the one who published the content. They have a way to send you the receipt from their end.
