I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
There are three ways for you to log in:
- Facebook - your Facebook account (This will be tied in with the email address you're using for Facebook)
- Google - your Gmail account
- E-mail - any other email address (work email, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) you have
If you chose E-mail when you initially signed in and forgot your password, go to the login page and follow these steps:
Tick I already have an account.
Click "Forgot your password?" below the password field.
Type in your email address. Then, click Submit.
You should receive a password reset email shortly in your Inbox. If you don't see it, try checking your Spam/Junk folder. Depending on your email filters, some emails may end up there.
NOTE: If you were directed to a page that looks like the image below, just click "Sign in as a Viewer" to get to the login page as seen in the first picture above.
If you used Facebook to set up an account and have forgotten the password, reset your password through Facebook.
It is a good security measure to change your password once in a while. To update your password while logged in, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Cleeng account.
Scroll down to 'Password' section and click 'Change'.
Once you have entered (and confirmed) your new password, press the "Save" button.
