How do I cancel my subscription?

Cleeng has made it easy for you to manage your subscriptions by following these steps:

1. Login using your email address and password on the broadcaster's website
2. Go to "My Account" or "Profile" to view your paid subscription
3. Click "Unsubscribe."

*The page will refresh and you should see your last day of access or when your subscription will end.

* NOTE: Cancellation is effective on the last day of your cycle. We highly recommend that you cancel before your due date to avoid further charges. After your payment was processed, it is final and non-refundable.
