Why hasn't my subscription renewed?
All subscriptions are set to automatically renew unless they are cancelled before the next billing date.
If we're unable to renew your subscription, we will send you an automated email notification to inform you. You have exactly 48 hours to rectify this.
There are two (2) main reasons for a failed renewal:
1. Your bank may have declined the transaction.
Solution: Please contact your bank directly to obtain more information.
2. Your credit card has expired.
Solution: Update your credit card details in your account. Simply click the link we sent you in the automated notification email.
You may also login at http://cleeng.com/us/my-account with your email and the affiliate password. Go to the 'Settings' tab and click the Change button for Payment details.
* If no action has been done on your end within 48 hours, the subscription will be terminated. You will need to resubscribe to get access to the content.
