I am having streaming issues

Streaming issues can sometimes happen and we recommend trying out a few steps before reaching out.

  • Try clearing your cache and cookies, if you're unsure of how to do this, you may take a quick look at the video below. For more information on different devices please see "Why and how to clear cache and cookies".

  • Try refreshing your page or use another device or browser.
  • Run a speed test to check your internet speed. For a reliable viewing experience at medium quality, you need to have at least a download speed of 1.5Mbps.
  • Contact the broadcaster by looking for their Contact Form on the website where you purchased the video from. You may ask them to check the video quality for you.
