How do I log in to view my purchased live event or subscription?
Cleeng made it easier for you to watch your purchased event and we have a couple of ways for you to get access. Here are the step-by-step instructions for you:
- Look for the receipt we sent you via email when you purchased your ticket. The event link is found at the bottom of the receipt. Simply click on it and log into the event with your credentials.
- Access directly through the website where you registered or purchased the event. Just click “Already have a ticket?” then enter your correct credentials.
Important note: Cleeng takes care of the payment and protection of the video stream. Cleeng is not the organizer of the event nor the video provider.
