I've made a duplicate purchase
We know duplicate purchases sometimes happen.
In case you've made one, please submit a request to our friendly Customer Success Team via our virtual assistant with the following details:
- Date and amount of the charges
- Screenshot of the duplicate transactions or the receipts
- Payment source
From here, Cleeng will help you locate the duplicate purchase. Once found, it will be cancelled (if applicable), and we'll process a refund for one of the transactions. If necessary, we'll also let you know which account you'll keep.
Once completely verified, you may expect the refund to reflect on your statement within three (3) to five (5) business days.
