I've made a duplicate purchase

If you've made a duplicate purchase, please send to our friendly Cleeng Customer Success Team both receipts and a screenshot of your bank statement showing the two payments. From here, Cleeng will locate the duplicate purchase cancel and refund one back to your bank account and notify you of the valid account to use.

 

Refunds will usually be processed within 48 hours and you will be able to see the refund reflect on your bank statement within 3-5 business days.
