Things to include when contacting Cleeng Support

When submitting your request to our helpful Support Team, please use the following tips: 


  1. Describe in detail what the issue is about and if possible attach screenshots and any other information to help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
  2. What browser/version are you using (if it is a technical issue) i.e. Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome, Internet Explorer.
  3. What device & operating system you're using: mobile, tablet, PC, laptop. Are you using Mac OS or Windows?
  4. What applicable troubleshooting steps have you performed prior the contact (cleared cache and cookies, tried another device, uninstall and reinstall the app, etc.)?


With these extra tips, we'll be able to have this issue cleared up right away!
