Things to include when contacting Cleeng Support

  2. A detailed description of your inquiry.
  3. If it's a technical issue, let us know the following:
    • The device you're using (computer, laptop, mobile phone, tablet, TV)
    • The operating system of your device (Windows, MacOS, Android, iOS)
    • The browser you're using (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge)
    • Any troubleshooting steps you have tried prior to reaching out (e.g. refreshed the page, restarted your device, cleared history, etc.)
  4. If you have a screenshot of the error you're receiving, feel free to include it.
