I haven't received the receipt... What shall I do?

You might first want to check your SPAM folder - it happens sometimes, that Cleeng mails get caught by the filter. If you found our receipt in your SPAM, please make sure to add us to your address book. 

Otherwise open a ticket with us or write directly to the Publisher - the owner of the content. They have a way to send you the receipt from their dashboard.
